The Pilates method is a safe, low impact and highly effective way to strengthen, stretch and streamline your body. The specialized equipments and the unique exercises are designed to help you develop optimal strength, flexibility, posture and balance without building bulk or stressing joints. Our instructors are comprehensively trained in the Pilates method.
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
The lessons are developed around the implementation of different practices. The body benefiting from the execution of asanas (physical exercises), breathing improves with pranayama (breathing exercises), and the mind relaxes with the techniques of meditation and Yoganidra (conscious relaxation). With this system of practices they are reactivated and channel the self-healing forces of the body and in the individual consciousness.
